Refund & Return Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of health and beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened or used.
2. Eligible Returns
You may request a return or refund if:

You received a wrong item.

The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

Your order was incomplete (missing item).
3. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used health & beauty products.

Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only possible if you receive the wrong or defective product.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
